O socks™ Shipping Policy
At O socks™, we believe pleasure shouldn’t have to wait. That’s why we offer free, fast shipping on all U.S. orders—because the only thing better than great socks is getting them quickly.
📦 Where We Ship
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned for international shipping in the future!
🚚 Shipping Costs & Speed
• FREE standard shipping on all orders.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
• We work with trusted shipping carriers (chosen by our 3PL partner) to get your order to you quickly and securely.
• All orders include tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
📅 Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
• Standard Shipping (FREE) → Arrives in 3-7 business days
• Expedited or Express Options? We don’t currently offer express shipping, but we’re working on it!
📌 Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• If you place an order after business hours, it will be processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when it’s on the way.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but if something happens, here’s what you need to know:
• If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
• If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While we’re not responsible for lost/stolen shipments, we’ll do our best to make it right.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bigosocks.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
⏳ Shipping Delays
While we ship as quickly as possible, unexpected delays with carriers can happen (especially during peak seasons or severe weather). If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please reach out, and we’ll look into it.
