We want you to love your O socks™, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple, free, and hassle-free.
Returns & Exchanges
• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Socks may be tried on but not used—they must be in original condition, with packaging intact.
• We offer free return shipping.
• No restocking fees.
Refunds
• We provide full refunds to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt.
• If you’d prefer, we can issue store credit instead.
Exchanges
• Need a different size or color? We currently do not offer direct exchanges—just place a new order and return the original for a refund.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello@bigosocks.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Drop off your return and we’ll handle the rest!
